There are a lot of apps to track to-do's and stay on top of things, Any.do is a great tool to navigate through a busy life. Tracking specific tasks for different projects can be easily done with color coding and tags, also integrating with my calendar helps keep all in one place.

Productivity in the workplace is key nowadays, and Any.do is a key partner in this. Best use cases are having small tailored to-do lists for specific projects, so I have a huge list of to-do's but I prioritize and select a few to track in the app. AI to get dates, invites, and segments (tags) are great, you just type in a to-do and the app will recognize if a new event needs to be created and who to add, that is a key feature for me.

Any.do has a key selling point for me and is the AI integration to read through your tasks and suggest calendar events, also user interface in the mobile app is quite friendly and comfortable for users. I like that it has a different option for grocery lists, it helps me integrate work with personal life.

I use Any.do to keep track of all my to-dos and reminders by creating lists. It matches up nicely with my desktop, phone and smartwatch. By managing my tasks, I can stay in front of what projects I am working on - individually and with team members. The collaboration side is a big plus thanks to task sharing.

Any.do is well suited for anyone who needs help managing tasks and reminders for projects at work or at home. It's very easy to use and can be shared with others for increased collaboration. It will always run up against its greatest competition - pen to paper. It is less appropriate where specific project management tools are being used that Any.do doesn't integrate with.

  • It has improved collaboration through its task-sharing capabilities.
  • It has positively affected our project completion rate.
While they are certainly not a "one or the other" tool, Any.do is considerably cheaper and far less of a heavy lift when it comes to task management. Basecamp is more of an enterprise project management tool that does a lot more, if that's what you need. For task management and task-sharing, Any.do does the job.
I have not needed to use support for Any.do at this point. Because the user interface is very easy to use, most problems can be figured out on your own. That said, I have been told that the support is efficient and helpful when needed. Answers are given in quick order.

Currently I use Any.do by myself to keep my life organized in terms of my personal and professional life. Any.do is an amazing to-do list software that delivers what is promised. You can organize your different needs in different lists and split them in distinct ways. Any.do addresses the problem of organizing appointments, tasks and any other kind of activity that demands a little bit of organization. Even the free version is enough to solve your "list" problems.
  • Capability of creating tasks and to write down subtasks and insert notes and attachments.
  • Notification alarms that keep you on track of your to-do list, avoiding forgetfulness.
  • Any.do allows you to share tasks with other people and can also contribute with notes and attachments.
  • Recurrings reminders feature can help you build habits that you improve your life quality by making everything more organized.
  • Compatibility with Amazon Alexa.
  • Helpful community that can support users.
  • There is an app for Android and IOS and a web version of Any.do
  • I currently use Any.do in Portuguese and there are some texts/labels that are not translated.
  • There is not an app for Windows Phone.
Any.do is well suited for people that like to keep everything organized in lists. You can also use Any.do in a company scenario for any size team to improve its communication and collaboration by sharing important tasks and notes. Any.do can be a powerful tool to help organizations and individuals save time and to avoid forgetting commitments.

  • The monthly and annual costs are fair.
  • The return on investment is in terms of time savings. When using Any.do teams and individuals will save considerable time by keeping things organized and by improving collaboration among users.
The syncing of Any.do is better and you can use it in more than one device at the same time, considering that you use the free version.The support of Any.do, including the community, is great. When you edit an item or note in Any.do, the font type does not change among devices and, consequently, the visual is better.

Any.do is a simple task management app for both Android and iOS and on a website. I'm using Any.do to complete my daily tasks.
